Disinfection of bleaching powder
1、 The use of bleaching powder, bleaching powder in aquaculture, mainly used in fish pond cleaning disinfection and prevention, treatment of bacterial fish disease.
（1） Clear the pond and disinfect. The general dosage is 20-30g per cubic meter of water. First, the bleaching powder is dissolved in water, and then sprinkled in the whole pool, which can kill aquatic insects, frog eggs, harmful fish, snails and various fish disease pathogens in the water.
（2） Prevention and control of diseases. Bleaching powder is used to prevent and control fish diseases. In the occurrence or epidemic season of fish diseases, 1-3 grams of drugs are generally used for each cubic meter of water body. After dissolving with water, the drugs are sprinkled in the whole pool, once every other day, twice in a row. It can treat gill rot disease, leukoderma, white head and mouth disease, vertical scale disease, enteritis disease, etc. Whether it is used for pond cleaning or for the treatment of fish diseases, bleaching powder meets the requirements of ecological aquaculture and pollution-free aquaculture of aquatic products.
2、 Application of bleaching powder
（1） Sampling quantitative method. The available chlorine content of bleaching powder must be sampled and determined before application in order to determine the dosage. Blue black ink titration can be used to determine the effective chlorine content of bleaching powder. In the aspect of prevention and control of fish diseases, the effective chlorine content of bleaching powder is required to reach 30%, and the dosage is generally 1-2g per cubic meter of water
（2） Dissolution, filtration and sprinkling. When using bleaching powder to control fish diseases, no matter the size of the pond or the amount of medicine used, it must be dissolved with water before filtering the residue, and then sprinkling the whole pond, so as to prevent fish from eating bleaching powder by mistake and causing dead fish.
（3） The course of treatment was used. The use of bleaching powder to prevent and control fish diseases must adhere to the course of application. The bleaching powder was applied every 2-3 days, and then used for 1-3 consecutive days.
（4） Adjust the water quality.
Generally, the effect is good when the clear water pond or water is neutral or slightly alkaline. Therefore, the water quality can be adjusted by using quicklime 15-15 kg per mu before bleaching.
