Preparation method of calcium hypochlorite:

Firstly, limestone and white coal are intermittently added into the lime kiln from the top of the lime kiln according to the ratio of 1: (0.11 ~ 0.13) for calcination, and the temperature is controlled at 800 ~ 1200 ℃. The generated lime is intermittently discharged from the kiln bottom and digested with water to obtain hydrated lime containing a small amount of free water. After aging for more than 8 days, it is sent to the air separation system for slag removal through the auger. The powdered hydrated lime is separated from gas and solid phase by cyclone separator.

Fine hydrated lime containing 3% ~ 6% free water is added from the fourth layer of the chlorination tower through the winch under the hydrated lime silo, chlorine (liquid chlorine liquefaction tail gas) is introduced from the first layer of the chlorination tower, and the finished bleaching powder is discharged from the first layer of the chlorination tower.

The tail gas discharged from the chlorination tower is absorbed with liquid alkali to generate sodium hypochlorite, and then the waste gas is vented.
